产业结构升级是生产效率的转化过程,就是社会生产效率由低到高的改进和转化。贸易结构从要素的供给弹性和产品的需求弹性两个方面影响着产业结构的优化升级。在我国对外开放的20多年间,对外贸易对我国产业结构升级做出了积极贡献,缓解了产业结构升级中的"结构供需矛盾",促进了技术进步,优化了出口产品结构。因此,一国必须把握国际产业转移所带来的机遇并应对其带来的挑战,在全球范围内进行产业结构的战略性调整,促进贸易结构与产业升级的互动,实现产业结构的全面升级。

Upgrading the industrial structure is the production efficiency transformation process Gradually. Trade structure affect the industrial structure optimization and upgrading from the elements of the supply flexibility and elasticity of demand for products. In China＇s opening 20 years,China＇s foreign trade made a positive contribution to Upgrading the industrial structure ,easing the ＂structural contradiction between supply and demand＂ ,promoting technological progress,and optimizing the export product mix. Thus,a State must grasp the opportunities of the in-ternational industrial transfer and respond to its challenges. Within the framework of a global strategic adjustment of industrial structure,a State must promote industrial upgrading and interaction of trade structure ,to achieve a comprehensive upgrading of industrial structure.
