论人民币国际化的机遇与对策

The Opportunities from the Internationalization of Renminbi and the Countermeasures

文章认为不断强大的中国整体经济实力为人民币国际化提供了良好的保障。金融危机造成的环境有利于逐步有序地推进人民币国际化进程。面对人民币国际化进程中可能存在的风险,提出了以下建议:从增加人民币汇率的弹性入手,使人民币汇率更加市场化;实现人民币资本与金融项目的自由兑换;完善人民币国际化保障制度;以区域化推动人民币的国际化。

The paper holds that the increasing overall economic strength of China provides a good protection for RMB＇s internationalization and the financial crisis has created an environment conducive to the gradual and orderly internationalization of RMB. Considering the possible risks in RMB＇s internationalization process, the paper makes the following recommendations： to improve the marketization of RMB rate through increasing the flexibility of the RMB exchange rate; to actualize free convertibility between RMB capital and financial items; to strenthen the RMB internationalization safeguard system; and to promote the internationalization of RMB through improving its regionalization.
