摘要
从马克思主义人学思想中人文关怀这一基本维度出发,将人文关怀理念融入到班级贫困生资助工作中,探讨如何在新的资助体系下建立以充分尊重、理解、丰富、发展和促进贫困生全面发展为出发点,尊重贫困生的主体地位和个性追求,培养他们的自主意识和主观能动性,并促进这一特殊群体的健康成长和全面发展的新方法和新模式。
From the fundamental perspective of humanistic concern of Marxism, this essay infuses humanistic care into assistance work for impoverished students, exploring how to establish a brand-new systerm under which the impoverished students can not only be totally respected, understood, developed and promoted in all-round ways, but also their subject position and personality be considered for cultivating self-awareness and initiative, so as to finally help this special group grow healthily.
