关于城市规划管理的探讨——以太原城市为例

Discussion on Urban Planning Management-The Case Study of Taiyuan

通过对城市规划管理的内涵、面临的新形势和新问题的分析,提出应把管理提高到“也是生产力”的战略高度来认识。探讨了加强城市规划管理的基本途径,指出城市规划管理的目标就是实现城市规划,搞好城市建设。

Through analysing the contents of urban management and the new situation and problems it facing, this paper proposes that we should realize management to 'be productive forces also' on strategic height. The author discusses the fundamental ways of strengthening urban management, and points out that the goal of it is to turn urban planning into reality and construct cities better.
