摘要
针对柔性装配线节拍难以平衡的问题,提出使用集中缓冲的解决办法,并对简单直线式柔性装配线提出使用自动缓冲库进行集中缓冲的方案,对自动缓冲库的总体方案、货架、搬运机器人、抓手以及工件托盘进行了详细设计,最后总结了自动缓冲库的完整工作流程。
Concerning the problem of FAS rhythm balance,using pool house to solve the problem and a scheduling scheme that using auto storage buffer as pool house for simple line FAS was proposed in this article. Then,the auto storage buffer had been designed on system structure,shelf,portage robot,robot hand and workpiece stock. At last,the auto storage buffer full work flow was summarized.
