摘要
针对气门杆无心外圆磨床需要人工送料,没有工件计量和测量提示报警,也不能对螺杆和滑板进行自动加油等情况,设计开发了自动上料装置,并重点分析PLC控制系统程序设计的过程和要求。目前上料装置已成功地实现了自动化单机生产,并在实际应用中取得良好的经济效益。
The valve stem centreless cylindrical grinder needs artificial feed. It has no annunciator of suggestive measuring and measurement for workpiece. It can't automatic feed oil to screw and skateboard. It introduces the automatic loading & unloading equipment that we have designed and analyzes the process and require of PLC control system programming. At present,loading & unloading equipment has successfully realized automatic produce in a single computer system. At the same time,it makes good economic benefit in practice.
