介绍一种适合在家用自助型脊椎康复保健床使用的牵引机构,阐述了结构构成特点和足以影响成败的控制要点。这种新型牵引机构采用电机作为驱动动力,采用螺杆螺母组件作为运动变换实现拉力输出。它具有结构简单,成本低廉,使用方便,功效显著,利于普及推广使用等特点。采用这种新型牵引机构开发的家用自助型脊椎康复保健床,使脊椎病患者在家中或办公室里进行康复保健治疗的愿望成为现实。
This article introduces a new traction mechanism applicable for Household Self-Serviced Vertebra Rehabilitation Beds,and elaborates its structural characteristics and control key points that are vital to success. This new traction mechanism is driven by electric motor and it uses screw and nut steering gear to output the pulling force. The characteristics of this mechanism include simple structure,low cost,easy to use,significant performance,and beneficial for popularization,etc. Household Self-Serviced Vertebra Rehabilitation Beds developed with this new traction mechanism make it possible for anapophysis patients to do self-serviced vertebra rehabilitation treatment at home or in office.
