中国共产党自诞生之日起就高举民族团结的伟大旗帜。民主革命时期,为了实现民族独立和国家统一,我们党探索并确立民族团结政策;社会主义革命和建设时期,为了巩固新生国家政权,全面建设社会主义,我们党进一步发展民族团结政策;改革开放新时期,为了推动中国特色社会主义现代化建设发展,我们党又把民族团结政策推向历史发展新阶段。总结中国共产党的民族团结政策的历史经验,为新时期建设中国特色社会主义现代化提供借鉴。

Since founding, the CPC has holding high the great banner of national unity, and striving for China＇ s great revival. In period of democratic revolution, the party explored and established the policy of national unity to realize the national independence and unification. In period of socialism revolution and building, the party developed the policy of national unity to consolidate the new regime, maintained the social stabilities and build socialism. In period of reform and opening up, the policy of national unity has been led to a new stage to develop socialism with Chinese characteristic, and to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a harmonious society.
