论长江三角洲地区发展方式的转变

On the Transformation of Development Mode in the Yangtze River Delta

长江三角洲地区是我国现代化建设全局中最重要的区域之一。要实现这一地区进一步长足发展,并带动国家整体发展推进,首先必须率先转变发展方式,全面提升发展水平。长三角转变发展方式的突破口应该是:率先优化产业结构、率先提高自主创新能力、率先实现城乡统筹发展、率先深化体制机制改革、率先提升开放型经济水平、率先加快生态文明建设、率先推进区域现代化发展。

Changjiang delta is one of the most important regions in China＇ s modernization. To realize the region＇ s futher development and advance the national whole development, the transformation of development mode must be taken at first to raise comprehensivly the development level. The breakthroughs are the following regards ： taking the lead of perfect industry structure, raise the capability of self innovation, realize the cooperating develop- ment of the rural and urban, deepen system reform, advance the level of opening economy, speed up the ecological building and advance the regional modernization.
