摘要
与发达国家的银行相比,国内银行面临的银行服务功能的同质化问题甚为突出,不适应市场经济发展对银行的需求,不能很好发挥信息技术的推动作用,不利于培养核心竞争力和形成与发挥竞争优势,因而实行差异化竞争战略是十分必要的,本文结合美国花旗银行在差异化竞争战略方面的经验,对我国商业银行同质化问题进行分析并提出相关对策。
Compared with banks of developed countries, domestic banks face banking services homogenization and the problem is very prominent, and they don't meet market demand for economic development and can't play information technology's promoting role, and it isn't conducive to nurture formation of core competencies and can't exert competitive advantages, thus implementing differentiation strategy is necessary, this paper combines the experience of Citibank on differentiation strategies and analyses the homogenization of China's banks and provides countermeasures.
