摘要
本文将从民营中小企业绩效管理的特点出发,通过对中小型民营企业绩效管理特点的归纳、总结,分析中小型民营企业在绩效管理中存在的主要问题,并结合中小民营企业提出解决问题的建议。
This thesis intends to find out the existing problems in the non-state medium-sized and small enterprises through analyzing, classifying and summarizing the characteristics of its performance management for which solutions will be suggested.
