基于AHP法的高校食堂建设与投资分析研究

Study on the Construction and Investment Analysis of College Dining Room Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

本文通过对国内东部地区某高校食堂的大量调查分析,从人因工程和设施规划的角度阐明了高校食堂建设布局应注意的问题。同时在了解该食堂经营情况的基础上运用数学知识和系统工程中的层次分析法建立模型,对建设和改善食堂质量时的资金投资分配问题进行假设分析并得出结果。从而让高校资金得以有效利用和分配,提高食堂整体质量和用餐人员的满意度。

Based on a survey and analysis of a college cafeteria in east China from ergonomics and facilities planning perspective, there is a problem that college should pay attention to construction and layout of college dining room. At the same time ,based on understanding the dining room’s management and usedmathematical knowledge and AHP of system engineering it build model to make the hypothesis and analysis to improve the construction and the fund investment, then had a result. Finally it made effective use of fund and distribution to improve the overall quality and satisfaction of cafeteria’s staff.
