摘要
工程施工项目具有实施过程复杂,不确定性大及高风险性的特点,其薪酬影响因素较多,需要将各影响因素与薪酬管理相结合,在薪酬中体现项目人员的实际付出。通过构建模糊综合评判模型的方法,将定性评估和定量评估有机地结合起来对各因素进行分析,对于提高施工项目薪酬的精确度和针对性具有重要意义。
Construction projects have the characters such as complexity of implementation process, big uncertainty, a high degree of risk and so on. The compensation of which is influenced by many factors that should be considered in the design of compensation system, so the compensation of project staff can reflect the performance of the project and the staff more truthfully. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed for combining the qualitative and quantitative evaluations, which makes the evaluation on relevant factor on compensation more scientific and covincing.
