摘要
目前,加快我国高校网络平台建设的进程,各高校加快占领网络阵地的步伐,是先到各高校实施素质教育和在教学中落实科学发展观的重要手段,这是我国大学院校对素质教育的一种积极的创新。素质教育网络数字化就是在继承传统优秀思想和文化的基础上,通过网络平台的建设,实现对大学生素质的数字化测评,进而通过对测评信息的管理,实现测评手段的革命,实现教育方式、方法、机制的变革。
Nowadays how to explore the construction of college network is a new task for modern college quality education. It also benefits on enforcing and improving quality education for college students. The network digitization on quality education is to assess college students＇ quality based on the traditional culture essence by network, to improve assessing methods by dealing with the assessing information and then to realize the revolution on teaching methods, models and system.
