面对银行业中愈演愈烈的竞争,发展潜在客户以及保持现有客户显得至关重要。本文阐述了数据挖掘技术在银行客户细分中的具体应用,并对其有效性进行了探讨。
Confronted growing intensive competition in the banking, it is vital to develop potential client base and keep existing client base. This paper described the actual application of data mining in banking customer segmentation, and also discussed its effectiveness.
