摘要 短跑专项力量是短跑速度的重要因素之一,专项力量训练应以力量训练原则为根本指导,并以短跑技术为核心,结合运动员的本身条件与发展趋势和方向以及客观条件,选取最适宜个人条件的练习方法。短跑力量训练要结合现代短跑技术发展的特点优先发展小肌肉群、肌腱和较弱的肌肉力量,并注意各肌群的协调发展。 Sprint specific power is an important factor in sprint speed. Specific strength training should be based on the fundamental guiding principles of strength training and sprint technology as the core. With the athletes’ own conditions and development trends and directions, as well as objective conditions,the most appropriate method of training should be selected. Sprint strength training should be combined with characteristics of the modern technology,the development of small muscle groups, tendons and weak muscle strength,and the coordinated development of various muscle groups should be taken note of.
