摘要
律师权利保护问题是法治国家的重要组成部分。为了完善中国律师权利保护,优化律师执业环境,使律师更好地为社会主义中国的经济建设服务,笔者提出自己的完善意见。
The protection of the rights of lawyer is an important part of country＇s rule system. In order to improve the protection of the rights of Chinese lawyers,and optimize working environment to enable lawyers to better serve the socialist economic construction in China, the author puts forward to his own advices.
