本文结合我国住宅市场具体情况,在界定住房流动性概念的基础上,运用"住房搜索"和"买方出价模型"的相关理论,分析土地政策与住房流动性的关系。。
Combining with the specific situation of China＇s housing market,this paper defines the attributes of residential mobility firstly, and then using theories of housing search and the model of the distribution of buyers’ offers,analyzes the influence of land policy to residential mobility.
