摘要
利用灰色系统理论建立了大学生就业率动态预测模型,结合江苏省就业率的统计数据对2003—2008年的就业率进行了模拟,并对结果进行了精度检验,结果表明,模型模拟精度高。最后,用此模型对江苏省未来5年的就业率进行了预测,并对就业形势进行了分析。
This paper used gray system theory to set up prediction model the employment rate of college students,and combined with the statistical datas the employment rate of Jiangsu province,on the employment rate in 2003-2008 was simulated,and the accuracy of the result was tested and results showed that the model simulation had high accuracy. Finally,using this model,the employment rate of Jiangsu Province in the next five yearswas predited,and the employment situation was analyzed.
