Qinhuangdao is a port of the country＇s famous coastal tourist city, living in the center of the Bohai economic circle,known as ＂the back garden of Beijing and Tianjin＂ reputation, has a profound cultural background, with unlimited space for cultural growth and market expansion space. On how to carry forward the traditional culture of local universities to promote the prosperity of cultural industries and promote economic and social development fastly in Qinhuangdao,this paper conducts a preliminary analysis and research.
