摘要
玻璃纤维制品在增强塑料、印刷线路板以及日常应用等方面都有广泛的应用，而且潜力很大。但单纱在加工过程中，特别是在织造过程中常出现散丝，影响织造效率和制品质量。国外自六十年代初已开始对玻璃纤维进行上浆处理，从而开发出一系列单丝制品。而我国虽有人对玻璃纤维上浆进行过多次探索，均因难度较大而中止。本文对玻璃纤维上浆问题进行了研究，摸索出一些基考规律，并提出一些设想，供今后研究玻璃纤维上浆问题参考。
Glass fiber fabrics is widely used in strengthen plastics , printed circuit plates , insulating materials and day life produces splits, broken ends, poor weaving o But glass Yarn easily efficiency and overall poor glass textile quality during weaving o Since the begining of the 1960＇s, glass fiber sizing has been used effectively and efficiently abroad. In china , however, o glass fiber sizing is still not resolved yet o In this paper , many of the problems on glass fiber sizing have been looked and some positive results have been obtainedo According to this results it is concluded that the heat melt sizing method is better than the other known methods for glass fiber sizing .
