摘要
本文对引进设备沙拉(Saurer)400型剑杆织机的引纬机构进行了研讨,介绍了伸缩性刚性剑杆引纬机构的工作原理和运动设计特点,用方向余弦矩阵法和复数矢量法对空间机构和平面机构做了运动分析,列出了精确的函数关系式;另外,就此机构的特点及与打纬机构的配合作了说明。
In this paper the weft-inserting mechanism of Saurer 400 loom is studied. The operation principles and characteristics of the motion design of telescopic rigid repier are introduced. After analysing the motions of spatial and planer mechanisms by direction cosine matrix method and complex vector method, we enumerate the relative equations of functions. In addition, the characterislics of this mechanism and timing of the beating-up mechanism are explained.
