摘要
本文介绍了微处理机高温电阻炉温度控制器的硬件设计及程序编制的特点。采用软件的方法对测量的温度进行零点补偿和非线性校正。运行超功耗判别程序对其加热元件采取了特殊的保护措施.介绍了兼顾控制范围和控制精度的CTC分频系数取得的方法以及降低成本,提高性能价格比的方法。
This paper introduces the features of the hardware & software design of the micro-processor controller for a high-temperature oven, including the software method to the mesured temprature, compensating at the'zero- point & a noneliear adjustment, the specific steps to a heatedelement with runing aitra-power-loss program. It introduces the methods of considering the controlled temperature scope & the a ccuracytogether and reducing costs & improving performances.
