利用腐植酸树脂处理印花滚筒镀铬废水的研究

摘要 本文以陕西丰富、低廉的风化煤为原料,活化处理制成腐植酸树脂。该树脂系天然高分子化合物,分子结构中含有大量的羚基、羟基、醌基等活性基团。利用它处理镀铬废水,吸附力强。交换性好、净化率高。且本身无毒,无二次污染。经静态和动态试验表明,交换容量大,使用寿命长。净化率远远超过国产S—006强酸型阳性树脂与Z7-15型柱状活性碳。 In this paper,the rich and low-priced weathered coal produced in ShaanXi can be taken as material, manufactured into humic acids resin, zhroush active phocess. There indicates Through both static and dynamic tests, a large exchange capacity and long service life for use. Its elimination rata o Cr^6+ is such. that if far exceeds the pasive resin inn china-made S-006 strong acid type and column-shaped active carbon in a ZJ-15 type.
