摘要
本文首先用有限元法建立了投梭机构的动力学模型,甩振型分析法求解了投梭机构在正弦位移激励下的动态响应(皮结位移,速度、加速度和投梭棒受力),得到了与实验现象相符很好。的结果。然后,借用电子计算机分析了投梭机构的结构参数和材料性能参数对动态响应的影响,从中引出了一些有实用价值的结论。
In this Paper, a new dynamic model of the Picking mechamism isestablished with the finite element methd. The dynamic responses (including the picker displacement, velocity, acceleralion as well as the picking stiok sLress)under sine displacement excitation is researched with the mode analysis methodo The results consist with the experiments very wello By means of the computer, it is analysed that the dynamic responses are affeoted by the construction and material parameters of the picking mechanism.Some of the conclusions prove useful in, practice.
