本文对气流纺针辊植针参数的作用和设计进行了分析，并通过一系列的工艺试验，得出了适纺化纤和纯棉的较佳的针辊植针参数、分梳辊型式及其对成纱质量的影响等。

This paper analyses the actioa and design of the parameters of the needle roller of the open-ertd spinning , the better parameters of the needle rollers to be suitable to process cotton and chemical fibers, and the type of opening roller having influence over the yarn properties were obtained by means of various technical tests.
