关于纤维网中纤维排列的方向性问题

On the Orientation of Fibre Arrangement in the Web

本文用投影摄影法对几种梳理机纤维网进行了测试，用回归分析方法求出了纤维网中纣雄取向度一频率关系的数学表达式，从而得出纤维排列的方向性规律，揭示了粘合型非织造织物机械性能与其纤维网间的关系，这对指导非织造织物的生产有重要参考价值。

A description of several card webs measured by means of the Projectionphotography is given in this paper.The mathematics formula of the fibre orientation--freguency relation in the web is also given with regression analysis.The orientation faw of fibre arrangement, therefore is obtained.The relation between the mechanical properties of bonded nonwovens and its web is exposed.The paper is of an important reference value for the production of the nonwovens.
