分梳辊锯齿参数与纺纱性能的研究

A Study of the Parameters of Saw-tooth of Combing Roller with Spinning Properties

本文讨论了分梳辊锯齿工作角、纵向齿距、齿深对纤维分梳、输送和转移的影响，并对不同锯齿参数的锯条进行了工艺试验，从而得出了锯条主要参数对纤维损伤，纤维伸直平行度以及成纱质量的影响，根据试验结果，得出了一些基本结论。

In this paper, tile effects of saw-tooth working angle, saw-tooth longitudinal distance and saw-tooth depth of combing roller on combing, transporting and stripping of fibers were investigated, then, experiments were made by various saw-teeth. Therefore, the effects of saw-tooth parameters on fiber breakage, fiber orientation, yarn properties and some results were obtained by experiments.
