摘要
中国东、中、西部地区城乡收入差距呈扩大趋势,其主要原因有:地理特征不同,区域非均衡发展,非农产业发展不均衡,人力资本、生育率差异。缩小东、中、西部地区间城乡收入差距的对策有:协调区域发展,中、西部要发挥比较优势;加快中部崛起;继续推进西部大开发;中、西部要加强非农产业的发展;降低农村生育率,提高农村人口素质。
Urban-rural income gap is enlarging in east,central and west regions of China. There are some reasons about it as：their geographical treats are different;imbalance development in district policy;non-agriculture industry develops very unbalance;human capital and birthrate are different. We put forward some measures to narrow it：harmonize development in the districts,middle regions will play their comparative advantages;strengthen the factors to transfer easily;rise of central region;continue to push the western regions exploitation;the middle and western area must strengthen non-agriculture industry development,reduce birthrate and improve their human Capital.
