循环经济背景下产业集群绿色经营绩效评价

THE STUDY ON GREEN OPERATING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS UNDER CIRCLE ECONOMIC BACKGROUND

目前循环经济环境下企业绿色经营绩效的相关研究较多,但产业集群经营绩效评价范式的研究相对较少,缺乏关于循环经济背景下产业集群绩效评价的研究视角。据此,将经济绩效、环境绩效、社会绩效三者作为三元目标约束条件,建立了产业集群绿色经营绩效评价模型,阐述了基于模糊数学评价的产业集群绿色经营绩效评价模型应用途径,并以重庆市化工产业集群为例进行实证研究,据有一定的借鉴意义。

Under the circle economic development strategy,the enterprise operating performance evaluation elements had been changed.Consequently,the enterprise operating performance evaluating indicators will include more contents not just economic performance. There are many kinds of contemporary academic study focus on enterprise green operating performance evaluation, but have no relative academic study on the industrial clusters operating performance evaluation.Moreover, the academic study on industrial clusters operating performance evaluation have no new aspect.In that case, by introducing economic performance, environmental perforamance and social performance as tri-object constraint, the author establishes the industrial clusters operating performance evaluating model.And then, the author expatiates the applying method of industrial clusters green operating performance evaluation model basing on fuzzy mathematical evaluation.Finally, by doing empirical study on Chongqing chemical industrial clusters,the science and feasibility of industrial clusters green operating performance evaluation system has been improved effectively.
