通过分析北京市60年来在人口、居住、产业、社会等方面取得的成就以及相应空间格局的演变,表明北京市人口质量与居住水平不断上升,居住空间向多元化和郊区化发展;产业结构调整加快,现代服务业、高新技术产业和现代制造业快速兴起,文化与创意产业、旅游业蓬勃发展,产业空间呈现快速扩张与多元化的特点;文化与生态建设步伐加快,新的都市文化和理念逐渐建立,符号消费异军突起,社会分化日益显现;各种新的城市空间使得城市空间发展更趋复杂化。未来北京城市空间调整与城市转型更加深化,将形成分散多中心结构的世界城市。

Urban construction and spatial development of Beijing have taken a notable achievement in the past 60 years.This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of population,housing,industry,and social achievements,and it reveals the characteristics of the corresponding spatial evolution.First,population quality and living standards are rising,and there is a growing trend towards the suburbanization and diversification of residential space.Second,industry structure adjustment speeds up.The modern service industry,high-tech industries and modern manufacturing are rising rapidly.Cultural and creative industries and tourism is developing.Industrial space has entered the stage of rapid expansion and diversification.Third,cultural and ecological construction is experiencing a high speed growth.The urban culture has new characteristics and trends.Symbolic consumption and social differentiation become more and more important.These new urban spaces make the development of urban space more complicated.In the future,accompanying with urban spatial restructure and urban transition,Beijing will go in for a world city with multi-nuclear decentralized structure.
