资源枯竭城市如何突围求生并实现可持续发展,是社会普遍关注的问题。文章站在历史的角度分析了资源枯竭城市形成的原因及其所面临的严峻局面,重点研究了资源枯竭城市实现可持续发展的思维取向与必须解决的问题,探讨了资源枯竭城市实现可持续发展的三种途径。
How to break through the depletion of city resources to survive and achieve sustainable development has caused social common concern.This paper,standing on a historical perspective,analyzes the reasons for the formation of Resources-Exhausted Cities and the tense situation and discusses three ways how to achieve sustainable development for Resources-Exhausted Cities.
