摘要
以国际工程项目的投标阶段为主要考察对象,建立国际工程风险评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法对国际工程投标风险进行评价,该方法克服了以往主观决策与定性分析的不足,达到了客观评估工程投标风险、提高对工程投标的准确决策的目的。本文结合实例说明该方法的运用,实例分析表明,上述模型的评判结果更为客观、科学、合理,对承包商的投标决策有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
Taking the bidding phase of international engineering projects as main reearch object,the index system of risk assessment was established,in which the index weight was determined with AHP and the bidding risk of international engineering was estimated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method could overcome the shortage of previous subjective decision-making and qualitative analysis to achieve the purpose of evaluating engineering bidding risk objectively and improving the bidding decision accuracy.The application of this method was illustrated combined with an example and the case analysis showed that the evaluation result of this model was more objective,scientific and rational,which had certain reference and guidance value for the contractor's bidding decision.
