摘要
按照某一轿车前悬架阻尼器技术要求,研制一种基于Bingham模型的混合工作模式的双筒式磁流变阻尼器,阐述工作原理、计算模型和结构设计,加工试验样机,并进行阻尼器台架试验测试。测试结果表明:所设计的双筒式磁流变阻尼器设计方法可行,测试性能良好,能够达到原阻尼器性能要求,并能实现所预期达到的阻尼力可调范围。
According to technical requirements of the front suspension damper of a particular car,a double-tube type of magneto-rheological damper based on the mixed mode of Bingham model was developed.The working principle,calculation model and structural design were described and the damper bench test was carried out after the test prototype was manufactured.Test results showed that the design method of this double-tube type magneto-rheological damper was feasible,and the test performance was satisfactory,which could meet the original requirements and achieve the required adjustable range of anticipative damping force.
