摘要
为实现对生产现场的改善,本文运用DMAIC方法,对生产现场进行研究、分析,并结合在友达光电S01厂4D车间生产现场发现的产线不平衡、人员浪费、搬运浪费及等待浪费等影响车间生产效率、产品质量等问题,对组装产线进行产能提升改善,改装后提升了组装产线用餐时间段内的生产能力。
In order to improve the production site,combined with the problems that effect the production efficiency and product quality existing in 4D workshop site in S01 Factory of AU Optronics Corporation,including unbalanced production line,staff waste,transportation waste and time waste,the production site was researched and analysed with the DMAIC method to upgrade the assembly production lines,and their productivity was improved obviously during the meal time.
