光面爆破技术在隧道开挖中的应用研讨 被引量:3

摘要 光面爆破开挖技术,是当今岩石隧道开挖中,普遍推广和要求使用的一项应用技术。采用光面爆破技术、提高炮眼钻眼精度、控制好爆破药量,不仅可以有效提高开挖成洞质量、减少对围岩的扰动和破坏、将隧道超挖控制在允许值以内,而且,还可以节约炸药用量和喷射混凝土材料、缩短初支时间、加快工程进度,使围岩承载结构体系受力均匀,对施工安全十分有利。本文根据不同围岩级别的光面爆破设计进行对比摸索,施工中积累一些光面爆破的经验,总结归纳了一些隧道光面爆破经验公式和系数,为光面爆破提供一定的理论支撑。 Smooth blasting technique is an application technology with universal promotion and required use in rock tunnel excavation nowadays.The adoption of smooth blasting technology with improved accuracy of blast-hole drilling and appropriate explosive amount could not only effectively improve the quality of digging holes,reduce the disturbance and destruction of surrounding rock and control the tunnel overbreak within allowed range,but also save quantities of explosives and blasting concrete materials,shorten the initial supporting time,speed up the engineering progress and enable the bearing structure system of surrounding rock to force uniformly,which was very beneficial for construction safety.According to the smooth blasting design in different rock levels and the accumulated smooth blasting experiences,some tunnel smooth blasting formulas and coefficients were summarized,which provided certain theoretical support for mooth blasting.
