摘要
综合开发利用扬子板块周缘具有巨大经济价值的含钒石煤有着重要的意义。扬子板块周缘含钒石煤的分布广、储量大,不仅可以缓解我国南方的能源危机,而且其中蕴藏的钒矿资源更是具有巨大的经济价值。利用石煤发电,从发电后的废渣中提取有色金属钒,再利用提钒后的废渣生产水泥,是对石煤开发利用的最优模式。在对含钒石煤资源的综合利用过程中遵循"以防为主,防治结合"的原则采取措施进行环境保护,建设矿产综合利用的节约型。
