摘要
目的探讨雌激素受体相关受体(ERR)α、β、γ各亚型在胃腺癌细胞系SGC-7901及高转移株OCUM-2MD3中的表达情况。方法采用RT-PCR法定性检测ERRs家族各亚型的mRNA表达,采用Western blot蛋白印迹检测ERR各亚型的表达。结果ERRα在SGC-7901低表达、在OCUM-2MD3高表达;ERRβ基本无变化;ERRγ在SGC-7901高表达、在OCUM-2MD3低表达。结论在不同类型的胃腺癌细胞株中,ERRα和ERRγ表达方式不同,提示用ERRα/ERRγ比值的改变显示胃腺癌转移有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the expression of estrogen receptor related receptor (ERR) α, β and γ in gastric adenoearcinoma cell lines SGC-7901 and hypsi-invasion cell lines OCUM-2MD3. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression and Western blot was used to be detected the protein expression of ERRs. Results ERR α was detected with low expression levels in SGC-7901, but with was high expression levels in OCUM-2MD3. ERRβ was detected with no change in SGC-7901 and OCUM-2MD3. While ERRs/was detected with high expression levels in SGC-7901, but with low expression levels in OCUM-2MD3. Conclusion ERRs and ERRs/were detected in gastric adenocareinoma cell lines. This study provides a in vitro expression pattern of cancer cell lines for ERRs family, the ratio change of ERRα/ERR-γ may play a role in the metastasis of gastric cancer.
