摘要
目的提高对聋儿早期助听早期语训重要性、必要性的认识。方法对苏州聋儿语训学校的86例受训重度聋儿[听性脑干反应(ABR)>70 dB]经助听语训后的效果进行10多年的跟踪评估分析。结果(1)86例助听器佩戴年龄平均为28个月,开始语训年龄平均为34个月;(2)受训聋儿经助听语训后有45例就读普通小学,24例因种种原因而中途终止最后就读聋哑学校,现在训聋儿17例;(3)助听效果:3个月助听有效率5.81%(5/86),半年助听有效率26.74%(23/86),1年助听有效率67.44%(58/86),50例助听听阈全部进入言语香蕉图,助听效果显著。结论聋儿早期助听早期语训有助于使聋儿聋而不哑,融入社会,成为自食其力的有用人才,使孩子的心理及社会适应能力得到最大限度的改善。
Objective To raise the awareness of importance and necessity of hearing aid and language training in deaf children in their early period. Methods A ten-year long follow-up assesment and analization of effcts in hearing aid and language training were developed among 86 children who suffered with severe hearing loss (ABR 〉 70 dB) in suzhou deaf children language training school. Results These 86 deaf childen begin to wear acousticons at an average age of 28 months , and they began their language training at an average age of 34 months. (2) After language training ,43 out of 86 deaf children wearing acousticons enrolled in ordinary primary school; 24 who terminated training for various reasons enrolled in school for the deaf, and 19 continue their training till now. (3) Hearing aid effects: three months effective rate of hearing-aid is 5.81% (5/86), compared to a six months effective rate of 26.74% (23/86) ,and an one year effective rate of 67.44% (58/86). 50 cases of hearing aid threshold entirely enter the speech banana chart, showing significant effcts. Conclusion Hearing aid and language training in deaf children' s early period can help them not dumb and enter the society to become uselful self-reliant people, so that the children's psychological and social adaptability can be improved to a maximum degree.
