高职院校青年教师要严格要求自己,注重自我培养,通过刻苦钻研、勤奋学习、积累和创新来提高自身素质,使自己成为道德品质优秀、教学科研并重、具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型、现代型高职教师。

Based on authors＇ own experience as higher vocational institue teachers, this article gives an elaboration on how young teachers in higher vocational institute cultivate themselves to be qualified higher vocational institute teachers from young teachers＇ point of view.
