摘要
以恩施州为例,从责任主体、责任内容和责任实现形式三个层面,剖析政府在维持民族教育差异性上的责任,从而促使政府在民族教育中传承民族文化的责任逐步法制化,并推动地方民族教育立法的完善。
This study chose Enshi as an example. And the research, which study from three dimensions, namely the main body, the responsibility contents and responsibility modality, investigated the duty of state government on maintaining the gap of the ethnic. Buy the way, the responsibility of the government for developing the ethnic culture during the ethnic education will be regulated by law. Furthermore, this study maybe also can improve the local legislation of ethnic education.
