“教师作为课程设计者”的应然性刍议

摘要 课程设计是对课程的各个方面做出规划和安排。不同的课程设计者会表现出不同的价值取向,对课程要素进行不同的组织。传统的课程设计,只注意了政府、课程理论专家和学者作为课程设计者,而忽视了教师作为课程设计者的应然性。教师作为课程设计者,是变革传统的课程设计模式的需要、是被前人课程理论论证的结果、是促进学生发展的需要,更是教师角色转换的必然结果。 The curriculum design makes the plan and the arrangement to the each aspect of the curriculum. The different curriculum designer can display the different value orientation, carries on the different organization to the curriculum essential factor. The traditional curriculum design, has only paid attention to the government, the curriculum theory expert and the scholar as the curriculum designer, but neglected the teacher to take the curriculum designer to be supposed however the nature. The teacher took the curriculum designer that can transform the traditional pattern of designing the curriculum, is the proof result by the predecessor curriculum theory, can promote the developing of the student, is the inevitable result which the teacher role transforms.
