我院实训基地建设与管理模式探讨

On Construction and Management Model of Training Base

实训基地是高职教育的突出特色，其功能包含技能训练、职业资格培训与鉴定、加工生产、对外服务和师资培训等方面。实训基地的建设有多种途径，如学校自建、校企共建或政府援建。实训基地的管理要从多方面下手，首先是体制要理顺，其次是建立健全管理制度，最后是培养师资队伍和建设实训教材。

Training base is one of the most important features of vocational education whose functions include skill training, professional qualification training and qualification appraisal, processing and production, social service and teacher training. The construction of training base can be carried out from self-construction, joint efforts with enterprises and government. The management can be implemented in straightening out system, establishing and improving existing systems, teacher training and course book construction.
