摘要
沙盘推演教学是现代企业培养中高层管理人员的新方法，也是高校培养工商管理等专门人才的新的教学模式。本文介绍了沙盘推演教学的产生和演变过程，论述了沙盘推演教学的特点和优势，并积极探讨了沙盘推演在成人开放教育中的运用前景。
Sand table simulating exercise is a new method for modern enterprises to train junior and senior management. It has also been introduced to institutes of higher learning for training majors in business administration. This paper will first introduce the origin and evolution of sand table simulating exercise, and then discuss its characters and advantages, and finally explore the prospect of its application to adult open education.
