摘要
学校是对学生进行系统德育教育的主阵地，必须从落实科学发展观的政治要求高度，充分认识学生德育工作在学校建设中的重要性。目前大力发展中等职业教育是我国高中普及教育的主导，它对推动我国现代化建设发展有着不可替代的作用。随着珠海市经济的发展对技术人才需求越来越大，中等职业技术教育也显得越来越重要。中等职业学校学生群体的道德水准、精神风貌直接影响珠海市现代化的进程。然而，目前珠海市对中等职业学校学生德育的研究尚未见有系统的统一实施方案，我们认为，在珠海市开展中等职业学校德育分层教育研究，是解决珠海市中等职业学校学生群体德育教育问题的新思路。
The level of morality and spiritual outlook of students have a direct effect modernization of Zhuhai. However, there is no common plan on the study of students＇ education. We hold that moral education should be carried out in a stratified way and it is a on the moral better solution to this problem.
