Afghan drug problem is complex. While the international community are intensifying crackdown on drug smuggling , Afghan drug trade is , however , prosperous , and its drug yield is staying at a high level. Currently, Afghanistan central government is unable to fight against drug smuggling efficiently. Internaionally , the broad international consensus is difficult to form, and relevant countries pursuit their own national interests in Afghanistan , so, leading international anti-drug efforts in Afghanistan to be ineffective.
