摘要
本文介绍了微悬浮体预处理工艺在活性染料冷轧堆染色中的应用。将经过预处理的纯棉织物与传统前处理的纯棉织物在相同染色条件下染色,与采用传统工艺所得染品相比,采用新工艺所得染品有明显的色泽增深效果,经济效益明显。采用新工艺染色可降低生产废水中的废弃染料量,可减轻环境污染,社会效益可观。
A new Micro-suspension pretreatment technique for cotton fabrics used in cold-pad-batch dyeing was investigated.The cotton fabrics pretreated with this new technique possess much darker shades after dyeing.Reduced amount of dyes can be employed in order to get the same shades obtained from the conventional processes.Both economic and environmental benefits are expected when using this newly invented process.
