摘要 采用比电阻仪、摩擦系数仪、环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)等仪器研究了细旦超有光涤纶短纤维油剂对纤维性能的影响。结果表明,随着含油率及环境温湿度的增加,纤维的比电阻值逐渐减小,抗静电性逐渐增强;纤维的平滑性随含油率的增加先减小后增大,其中含油率为0.2%时具有较好的平滑性和抱合性,并且随环境湿度的增加,纤维的平滑性与抱合性均降低;通过ESEM和STM观察发现,当含油率在0.2%时,油剂在纤维表面铺展得较为均匀,这与摩擦因数测定的结果相符合。 The effects of polyester fine dinier bright staple fiber finish on the properties of fiber were discussed by volume resistance analysis,friction factor analysis,environment scanning electron microscopy(ESEM) and scanning tunnel microscopy(STM).The results showed that the antistatic property of fiber increased with increasing OPU,environment temperature and humidity.The lubricating property of fiber decreased first and then increased with increasing OPU,the fiber had good lubricating and cohesion properties when the OPU was 0.2%,whereas the lubricating and cohesion properties of fiber both decreased with increasing environment humidity.The finish was spread on the surface of fiber evenly when the OPU was 0.2% which coincided with the results of friction factor.
