机械防护服装的受力模型

摘要 由高强性能织物制成的机械防护服装,由于其轻质和高冲击损伤容限,具有很好的机械防护性能。机械防护服装的机械防护性能主要取决于各方面的力学性能,包括:纤维的拉伸性能、取向度、纱线的初始模量、断裂强度和纱线上的应力波传播速度,织物的线密度、组织结构、服装的层数,剪裁和接缝的方法等。从能量吸收的角度,分析机械防护服装受强力冲击时的能量吸收和波传播的速度,提出简单的计算方法,建立机械防护服装的受力模型。 Because of the light weight and high energy-absorbtion,the mechanical protective clothes are widely used in soft body armors.The performance of mechanical protective clothes after mightily impact is influenced by many factors,such as the material propertues of the yarn,fabric structure,far field boundary conditions,mutiple plies and friction.To build the mechanical model of the protective clothes after huge impact,energy-absorbtion and spread of stress wave are calculated.
