“钻石理论”与区域中心城市的物流业分析

Diamond Theory and the Regional Logistics Industry

本文运用迈克尔·波特的"钻石理论"对广州物流业的竞争优势进行分析。在此基础上,构建物流业竞争优势的指标体系,并选取全国十大城市进行因子分析,得出广州物流业的竞争优势位居全国前列,仅落后于上海和北京。文章试图通过对竞争优势的全面分析,理清广州物流业的现状态势,并为有关部门决策提供一定参考。

This paper analyzes the competitive advantages of Guangzhou logistics industry by using Michael Porter＇ s ＂Diamond Theory＂ for qualitative analysis. On this basis, we build the index system, and select the top ten cities in the country for factor analysis. The result shows that Guangzhou＇ s logistics industry is among the nation＇ s major cities in the forefront, only behind Shanghai and Beijing. This paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis to clarify the status of the Guangzhou logistics industry, and hope to provide some references for the relevant decision-making.
